ECSI Announces Conference Call

Arthur Barchenko, President and CEO of ECSI, will conduct the company’s first corporate conference call for investors and analysts, to be held on May 21st, 2002, at 4 PM EST. Interested individuals may telephone 888-790-1713 at the time of the call to be included in the conference. The oral password is EKCS and the leader name is Arthur Barchenko.
Mr. Barchenko will discuss the effect 9-11 has had on the company, industry, recent corporate events, current quarter fiscal ’02 and the outlook for fiscal ’03.
